D-SAG-6 — Rust Codegraph → Mathematics → Logic → Tracert

Documentation / ownership and falsifier preregistration only. No Rust, Cargo, ABI, policy, storage, CI, proof checker, source rewrite or runtime changes. Draft for review, not authorization to implement or merge.

Why

Make Rust source a typed read-only relational Codegraph over existing Quack/ClassView/DR/SoA authority. MIR/HIR are semantic input views, AdaWorldAPI/ruff is an independent polyglot source-structure crosswalk (not a Rust semantic-equivalence oracle). Datalog/Ascent/Datafrog derive and test logic alongside RelAlg/egglog guarded laws. A Tracert links source witnesses, predicates, law, proof-check status, effect-ordered extraction and target-native recipe. MLIR is an optional lowering/export arm, not a replacement for Rust MIR.

Files

• Plan with ownership, typed edge families, node identity, cold/hot boundary, F01–F15 falsifiers, S0–S5 stages, reference ledger.
• Claude Code work prompt, Phase 0 read-only audit first; implementation, codegen and further PRs require separate approval.
• Additive references in .claude/board/STATUS_BOARD.md and .claude/board/INTEGRATION_PLANS.md. No generated board entry/index edit; parallel #1759 is separate status reconciliation.

Explicit guards

1. No second SoftwareGraph registry/executor; D-SAG-1's removed methods are not revived; use the SAG capstone alignment and inert ProposedMethod.
2. No independent-proof claim from an egglog rendered proof or replay artifact; the external checker gap stays OPEN.
3. Rust closures/trait dispatch, borrows, drops, panics, unsafe/volatile/atomics and float rounding remain separate effect/numeric obligations. Candidate matching is NOT transformation permission.
4. No unapproved source edits or external action commits. No runtime Ascent/Datafrog/egglog/MLIR dependency on the hot fold.
5. No assertion that DR64³/DRⁿ or a Rust MIR adapter is shipped; typed future views only.
