Premise gate split the question into frame identity, finite-population evidence, promotion and rebinding. Five scouts, a 21-row crosswalk and three co-architect passes. Measured on the PR heads: 12/12 and 20/20 tests pass, clippy clean, 17 and 32 rustfmt diffs, new probe workflow red at Format. ADOPT-NOW candidates: the Unknown-before-Counterexamples ordering defect, tautological fixtures, caller-set proof disposition, frame/focus/ scope split, validity as a carrier of R, CI fix. Nothing adopted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01G22yT6htkcdyXsihxxXdrg

E1's stated limits (line 58) are unchanged. The generated supersession index is unaffected; I regenerated it and it is byte-identical. Generated by Claude Code |
Stage 0 / Charter
Records DR as a typed structural ABI for ClassView methods and observed populations. Separates finite-population evidence, conditional mathematical proofs, and empirical generalization; connects Quack binding, RelAlg normalization, cold egglog/eggcc-style extraction and existing R2IL/mask-risc/direct-SIMD paths.
Scope: one new architecture plan, no runtime changes. Preserves D-RMAP-1A, D-RFT/D-QSP (#1667), D-CMR owners and independent ACT-R/Rubicon/Thought-Git effects. Records #1698 P0 math admission blockers and explicit negative falsifiers.
Next: stacked stage 1 typed borrowed DR64 binding probe, stage 2 finite-population evidence, stage 3 proof/recipe binding, stage 4 differential and downstream verification. No auto-merge; no measured performance.
