board: synergy map since 2026-10-11, status sweep, #1575 record - #1579

Revises the 2026-10-11 fleet listing (A-F, X1-X19, fruit tables) against 123 merges in lance-graph, ndarray, OGAR and ruff; names the closed ends, the loose ends and the connections between them. Sets ten STATUS rows that still read "In PR" to Shipped, each matched to its merged PR. Records #1575 in PR_ARC and LATEST_STATE, and the Haiku harvest runs in AGENT_LOG.
