Correction to this handover, after the V17 review on #344. It is appended to the same file in #346 (handover files are append-only):

• W-1 violation list was too broad. "A group as owner" is a violation for FullAccess only. Exchange grants SendAs and SendOnBehalf on distribution groups, so a group is a valid object for those two rights. V17 has this right.
• Deny entries. FullAccess can carry deny entries. A model that reads grants only must not apply a grant that a witness also denies: drop it, or hold it as a violation.
• Transitive group trustees depend on nested-group expansion, which is lance-graph handover W-4 (#1454).
