Add Go runtime helpers for SQL operations (GTS_DB, GTS_Tx, GTS_ExecResult, gts_connect, gts_db_close, gts_db_begin, gts_sql_exec) that get embedded in generated output when SQL features are used. Wire up connect() built-in to generate gts_connect() calls, track SQL usage for conditional runtime inclusion, and handle the modernc.org/sqlite blank import. Fix double-pointer generation for nullable interfaces, add reflect
fallback to gts_len for generic slices, add go module initialization
for SQL programs in run/build commands, add DB/Transaction type
aliases, and support built-in module imports (import { connect }
from "sql").
