This records the completed Windows installer workflows and genuine official 0.1.25 → 0.1.26 in-editor update, with clear Setup-once and subsequent in-editor upgrade instructions.
Eight actual saved projects preserve all five containers exactly: 150 observations, 12 original SVG variants, the original H&E JPEG, five history states, one checkpoint and one valid uncommitted data draft. The report binds the real public installer, its 2,655 application files, the complete old-version rollback, real progress samples and approved public-scene screenshots. The original release assets and tag remain unchanged.
Validation: exact release-identity checks passed; actual installed photo/editing, scientific regression and all performance batches remain separately attributed. The real update and restoration passed once. Closing and uninstalling the isolated acceptance-test copy was rejected by automatic approval before process creation and remains unexecuted; it is not presented as a product update failure. No new image-detection accuracy, native IME or universal performance claim is added.
