Summary

• serialize tmux tab-name and tab-order persistence to prevent concurrent saves from overwriting newer state
• restore compact widths for default tmux labels and clean up legacy default-name overrides
• distinguish TCP socket timeouts from SSH initialization timeouts and use a 30-second connection timeout
• add regression coverage for persistence races, default-name cleanup, and localized timeout messages
