Add Bluesky support

This adds Bluesky support using the API using HTTP calls (no library additions).

h3. Using Bluesky

1. Gain access to the @coffeeoutsideyyc.bsky.social (credentials sent over out of band)
2. Update the handle to use coffeeoutside.bike by following https://bsky.social/about/blog/4-28-2023-domain-handle-tutorial
3. Update config.yaml with the identifier (username) and password

You may need to run bundle install first to update the http gem.

h4. Caveats
This does require a bump to the http gem to deal with http 4.0.0 not working in Ruby 3.4+ when forcing encoding.
