📦 Installation & Setup

Prerequisites

• Node.js (v18+)
• Python (v3.9+)
• Git

1. Clone the Repository

cd Orbitron-Stranger-Strings

2. Backend Setup

Navigate to the backend directory and install dependencies:

cd rfp_automation_system
# Create a virtual environment (optional but recommended)
python -m venv venv
# Windows: venv\Scripts\activate
# Mac/Linux: source venv/bin/activate

pip install -r requirements.txt

Start the backend server:

python server.py

The server will start on http://localhost:5000

3. Frontend Setup

Open a new terminal, navigate to the frontend directory, and start the development server:

cd mumbai-hacks-2025
npm install
npm run dev

The application will be available at http://localhost:5173

📖 Usage Guide

1. Login/Signup: Create an account. Admins are redirected to the dashboard; users go to the home page.
2. Admin Panel: Use the "Admin Console" to view stats and add products to the inventory.
3. Start RFP: Click "Start Free Trial" or "Live Demo" to initiate the RFP automation workflow.
4. Agent Workflow: Watch as Sales, Technical, and Pricing agents process the request in real-time.
5. Final Response: Review the generated proposal, including the "Tender Intelligence" and "Company Context" sections, before downloading or submitting.
