Rewrite in skill-creator format:

• SKILL.md (106 lines): trigger-rich description, safety contract, core basket workflow, cart guard, wishlists, write policy, output contract, pointers.
• references/commands.md: every command group, checked against the 0.7.2 --help (71 command paths, 47 flag uses, 0 missing).
• references/auth.md: credentials, unattended use, OTP flow, device trust.

Sign-off:

• ASD-STE100: ste-lint 0 violations (old skill: 13 hard). Strict for rules, STE-flavored for reference prose.
• skill-creator quick_validate: valid. agent-scripts validate-skills: 162 valid.
• Oracle meaning-drift review against the old skill: signed off (round 1 found 7 drifts, all fixed: wishlist move no longer exempt, --i-know list exact, hedges restored, unverified claims removed).

Found while checking: AGENTS.md wrongly says __cf_bm is never persisted (#57).
