4-PR stack for Android/iOS installable PWA: icon/manifest foundation, Serwist service worker rebuild + offline page, iOS reality pass (iframe playback limits, storage exemption), install UX + verification matrix. Oracle (GPT-5.6 Sol) verdict: APPROVE WITH CHANGES - plan already incorporates all findings.

Full PWA plan for skystream as a web-first installable app (Android Chrome + iOS Safari, no native wrapper), plus the verbatim Oracle review that shaped it.
Docs only - no runtime changes. Implementation PRs will follow this stack.
