docs: agent skill with headless + auth guidance #6

Add/refresh the repo-canonical CLI skill (skill/SKILL.md) so agents can drive the tool headless: documents install, the auth model, and an explicit "Headless / agent usage" section. Part of standardising skills across the CLI family and symlinking them into agent-scripts.
