GitHub changed the meaning of @v4 to now mean the latest version 4.

There was a potential supply chain issue that required us to explicitly track particular v4.x.y versions a while back. Now that those software supply chain issues have been resolved, we can go back to just @v4… at least until the 5th version comes around… 😉… which is likely to be a fairly long time from now.
