Adds two sections to the existing
test-claude-locallyskill: (1) testing a new upstream provider with a recording fake gateway — forcing routing via catalog ordering rather than/force-model, asserting the exact upstream path, blackholing vendor hosts with composeextra_hosts(the images are distroless, so verify viadocker inspect), and the BYOKbase_urladmin-API gap workaround; (2) verifying content-capture/OTLP attributes without a collector UI — greppable protobuf, per-turn sentinels, always capturing a live control when asserting an absence, admin cookie auth, re-seeding afterdown -v, and wiping the volume before testing a renamed migration.Devin Session: https://app.devin.ai/sessions/4f53046daf8d4dbd8ac1c5695709f00b
