macOS: embed custom icon in WorktreeRunner.app bundle #27
Description
Replace the default osacompile applet icon with the app's custom icon inside WorktreeRunner.app.
Source: worktree-io/landing/public/favicon.svg → export to PNG at 1024×1024 → convert to .icns via iconutil.
In src/scheme/macos/install.rs, after osacompile succeeds, copy the .icns to {app}/Contents/Resources/applet.icns. Bundle the .icns at build time via include_bytes! or ship as a release asset.
Depends on #22.
