- Remove the Mynewt IDE package, port layer, socket integration, and platform hooks.
- Make WOLFSSL_APACHE_MYNEWT produce a clear removal error.
- Preserve the default wolfSSL configuration.
- Verified with make -j4 check and ./wolfcrypt/test/testwolfcrypt.
