Add the self-hosted Supabase stack to the catalog.
The repository and manifest pass local semantic validation, and managed README ownership markers are initialized. Local API, lifecycle and coordinated filesystem/S3 recovery acceptance passes with the released database image and corrected chart.
Chart 0.1.1, both service releases and Supabase stack 0.1.0 are published. Release prerequisites are satisfied; this catalog entry is ready to merge.
