Add catalog entries for the Supabase application bundle and dedicated Supabase PostgreSQL service.
Repository names and local manifests are validated. Local acceptance passes for Auth, REST/RLS, Studio, Realtime, filesystem/S3 recovery, pause/resume and Helm upgrades with the released database image.
Chart 0.1.1 and both service releases are published: Supabase 0.1.0 and Supabase PostgreSQL 0.1.0. Release prerequisites are satisfied; this catalog entry is ready to merge.
Related changes: chart 0.1.1, Supabase service, PostgreSQL service.
