Why

In bielen-warranty-claim-assistant run 35889702961, both matrix jobs redeployed the full ID list. The first job started both rollouts, then the second failed because one container was still in Scaleway's transient updating state. It also allowed a container to be redeployed before its own image tag was promoted.

Validation

• parsed the changed action and workflows as YAML
• verified tag, digest, exact-image, and no-filter matching behavior
• mocked web/API container metadata and confirmed only the matching container is redeployed
• ran git diff --check
