The docker ecosystem only reads Dockerfiles, so no image PR ever opened and the pinned tags fell behind. Postgres majors are ignored (they need a pg_upgrade on existing volumes); minor and patch bumps are grouped.
Postgres stays on 15.19, the latest 15.x. The wget finding in wait-for-healthy.sh was only verified on Baserow 2.3.3; the comment says so.
security.yml and the Makefile kept their own copy of the tags, which drifted from the compose file. Both now read 'docker compose config --images'.

dockerecosystem, which ignores compose files; no image PR ever opened. Switched todocker-compose(minor/patch grouped, Postgres majors ignored).make security-scanread the images from the compose file instead of a second hardcoded list.Runtime is verified by the validate.yml smoke test and the Security Scan workflow on this PR.
