Report CB-JP2RHT (Xiaomi TV, Android 6) showed logcat's usage text in its "System log" section. logcat --pid only exists on Android 7+.

  • API < 24: read every process's recent lines (5× the usual count), then keep this process's lines by parsing the PID column of threadtime output.
  • On all versions, anything that isn't a threadtime log line is dropped, logcat's usage text included.
  • Unit test added. lintVitalRelease passes.

Not yet checked on the Xiaomi TV (the Mac is off the home network).

logcat's --pid option is Android 7+. On Android 6 it printed its usage
text, and that text was what the report's system log section held
(seen in CB-JP2RHT from a Xiaomi TV). There, every process's recent
lines are now read and only this process's kept; logcat output that
isn't a log line, such as its usage, is always left out.
