Just learned about Parcel from [Tensorflow](https://github.com/tensorflow/tfjs#getting-started), which mentions it before webpack. Would be interesting to see Parcel at https://webpack.js.org/comparison/, since it claims half the bundling time of webpack at https://parceljs.org.
