Docker setup is broken on local #10

Goal

Investigate the following problems and propose a fix that should work on both environments and should not affect the GitHub pipeline process. And update the docs by splitting environments if necessary by mentioning the required changes on compose.override.yml.

• Getting SSL errors after containers are up
• Assets failed to load
• Image assets not loading at all
