WebifyCMS Base Extension (shared-kernel)

ext-base is the shared kernel of WebifyCMS. It is the single package that every other extension depends on. It provides the bootstrap lifecycle, the domain building blocks, the infrastructure stack, and the architectural contracts that make extensions composable.

This is not a standalone application. It is the foundation layer.
