fix(core): safari 27 미만에서 table row 인터랙션 레이어가 테이블 전체를 덮는 문제 수정 - #694
Safari 27 미만은 tr을 containing block으로 인정하지 않아 tr::after가 table 기준으로 배치된다.
::after 커스텀 사용처를 유지하기 위해 DOM 구조는 그대로 두고 tr에 clip-path를 적용해 행 영역으로 잘라낸다.
clip-path에 잘리는 focus outline은 안쪽으로 그린다.
