생성된 md 문서에 오류(MDX 컴파일 실패 등)가 있어도 지금은 montage-web에서 문서를 빌드하거나 배포할 때가 되어서야 알 수 있습니다. 문서에 오류가 있으면 montage-ios 레포 단에서 바로 알 수 있도록 검증 단계를 넣었습니다.

수정사항

verify-docs: make generate 직후 montage-web의 validate-docs 액션으로 생성된 documentation/**/*.{md,mdx}를 검증합니다.
- 검증에 실패하면 apply-docs가 실행되지 않아, 깨진 문서가 PR 브랜치에 커밋되지 않고 PR 체크가 실패합니다.
auto-deploy-docs: montage-web 배포를 트리거하기 전에 같은 검증을 한 번 더 돌립니다.
- verify-docs를 거치지 않는 경로(sync-docs PR 등)와 montage-web 쪽 빌드 규칙 변경을 배포 직전에 잡기 위한 최종 확인입니다.
- create-github-app-token을 v1에서 v3.3.0으로, docs-sync.yml에 넘기는 platform을 mobile에서 ios로 변경했습니다.
