개인 credential MCP를 포함한 draft를 배포 없이 테스트할 수 있도록 새 저장본 테스트 도구 4종의 사용 흐름을 추가합니다. 실제 D/version 확인, 명시적 테스트 승인, 같은 test_id 조회·승인/거절 재개·취소를 안내하고 기존 raw 안전 테스트 및 canonical 조회 제한은 유지합니다.
승인 요약은 도구명만 제공하고 실제 인수는 미노출임을 명시합니다. 설정 변경 감지 오류에서 이전 승인 재시도나 자동 신규 실행을 금지합니다. 현재 host schema에 새 도구가 있을 때만 사용합니다.
