Release v0.11.7: the fixes from the 2026-10-21 review (#576–#600), plus the vt100 0.18.1 move.

• vt100 0.18.1 (chore(deps): bump vt100 from 0.16.2 to 0.18.1 #608). Resize now matches xterm, VS16 emoji are two columns, and HVP, HPA, ED 3 and REP are handled.

• Emulator: Leaving the alternate screen duplicates every scrolled-off history row #576, Narrowing a row with a wide character at the new edge panics the emulator #577, REP (CSI b) is ignored, though the xterm-256color that termlens sets advertises it #578, SGR 58 (underline colour) is read as attributes: a cell loses its style or turns bold #579, Insert mode overwrites text next to emoji and RTL clusters: width measured as a string, not per character #580, CSI ? 7 h from every ncurses app is reported as unsupported, and CSI ? 7 l is ignored #581, logical_text splits a line where a wide character wrapped at the margin #585
