Step 5 of docs/RELEASING.md: 0.11.6 is on crates.io (termlens at 13:27:39Z and termlens-cli at 13:27:47Z on 2026-10-14, release run 38571308695, 25/25), so the semver gate now compares every pull request against it. The change is one literal in ci.yml and the same line in CONTRIBUTING §1; if the two differ, gates-listed fails.
