A web editor I built to amuse myself. Write HTML, CSS and JavaScript, see it live, and publish it with a datalink(for nontechnical-free,unlimited,forever) link, all from the browser.

• Caution: your browser's local storage and efficiency may get fcked up and u might be addicted to the design(if not shtt off)

What it does

• try it. spoilers are eagles at 103 F.

File structure

  index.html   markup and templates
  style.css    all styles, homepage and editor
  app.js       all logic, Monaco setup, localStorage, project management

Stack

• Monaco Editor (VS Code engine)
• Fonts: Sunflower Highway Sign Caps for titles, Tecnico for UI, JetBrains Mono for code
• Vanilla JS, HTML, CSS, no frameworks, no build step, just open and go
• localStorage for project persistence

Things I want to add next

• Actual cloud sync so projects survive across different browsers(BUT IT WILL BE FUCKING COSTLY AND MAYBE PAID! thinking of possibilities of gdrive/onedrive/dropbox...)
• Collaborative editing
• Better mobile keyboard handling inside Monaco
• Markdown preview for .md files
