Summary

• Adds a consistent set of community/social badges (Discord, Hugging Face,
  Blog, Newsletter, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Medium) to the README
• Removes any outdated Slack community references
• Badges are placed on their own row, separate from code/developer badges

This is part of an org-wide effort to ensure consistent community links
across all Voxel51 repositories.

@kevin-dimichel I opened 12 similar PRs today all from forks. That's because on those repos I did not have permission to create a branch. Happy to rework all of those PRs from a branch once given permission. See thread in #community channel on Slack, as I'm not the only one missing permissions
