Review: a newer list starts at its first job until you've moved - #59

The quick list's first card stayed when the fresh list came in, so a job that now comes first (e.g. one just undone back to Proposed) showed up later. On slow machines the fresh list lags, which is why test_gui failed on macOS CI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A sheet check asked for while another read was running was dropped, and that read may have started before the change; the rows stayed old until the next scheduled read (test_gui on macOS). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes the macOS CI failure in tests/test_gui.py (Review after an undo didn't show the undone job first).
Review shows the list it made last at once, then swaps in the fresh one; the swap kept the card on screen, so on a slow machine the old list's first job stayed. Now, until you decide / skip / go back, the fresh list starts at its first job; after that it keeps your place as before.
