Settings was one long page (13 cards), and the job preferences (pool bars, kind-of-work bonuses, tags) were only in Setup.

• Tabs at #/settings/<tab>, the same on the homelab's page.
• Jobs: Setup's preferences form (same form and save) and Summer internships.
• Applying: weekly cap, week start, the resume NUworks picks, a link to the sheet, your files.
• Assistant: the company-site assistant and the password manager. Export for Bitwarden shows only when Bitwarden is off.
• Homelab: connection first; once in use, its ssh fields and the advanced parts (code source, Mark-done links) fold away. NUauto on your homelab is its own card.
• App: Discord, automatic updates, app icon (Setup's extras step; Discord split out for the homelab's page), setup, self-test, logs, about.
• A health poll now redraws only the Status tab's checks list. It used to redraw the whole page every few seconds, wiping a form being typed in.
• Clearer labels and help text; "Settings > X" messages name the tab; docs/GUI.md updated.

Tests: test_homelab_app, test_link, test_setup pass, and the rest of nuauto test passes. test_gui passed 1 of 4 runs on this branch and 1 of 3 on main. It fails in Apply (folded-section timing), which this PR doesn't touch.
