Closes the last 5 open Dependabot alerts. Both were stale lockfile pins whose declared ranges already permitted the patched versions, so no package.json change is needed: - js-yaml 3.14.1 -> 3.15.1 under @istanbuljs/load-nyc-config, which declares js-yaml@^3.13.1. This was previously assumed to be fixable only upstream via jest; it is not. Clears 4 alerts (thresholds 3.14.2, 3.15.0 x2, 3.15.1). - @babel/core 7.24.7 and 7.25.2 -> a single 7.29.7 entry, clearing the sourceMappingURL arbitrary-file-read advisory (patched in 7.29.6). This supersedes Dependabot PR #260, which bumped only the ^7.24.7 entry and left the 7.24.7 one vulnerable. yarn install --frozen-lockfile, yarn lint (0 problems), yarn test:ci (87 tests / 7 suites) and yarn jsdoc:generate pass on a clean install.
