Only @cal-sdk/core had keywords, so the provider packages didn't show up when people searched npm for the calendar they wanted to integrate.

@cal-sdk/corehad npm keywords. Someone searching npm for "google-calendar", "caldav", "icloud", "calendly" or "outlook-calendar" couldn't find the package for that calendar. This adds keywords to all 12 packages. Every package gets
calendar,calendar-api,typescriptandcalsdk, plus terms for its own provider, for examplecaldav,icloud,zoho-calendar,fastmailandnextcloudon@cal-sdk/caldav. A patch changeset is included, because npm only shows keywords after the next publish.Verified
bun install --frozen-lockfileandbiome check .pass. Onlypackage.jsonmetadata changed, no code.
