feat(examples): browser playground on StackBlitz - #32
Trying calsdk means installing it and writing a script first, and the real providers need OAuth credentials before anything works. That's a lot to ask of someone who just wants to see the API.
This adds examples/playground, a small Vite page that opens on StackBlitz with nothing to install:
Two in-memory calendars (@cal-sdk/mock), a weekday standup with Wednesday's moved, and the hour-long slots when both calendars are free, drawn as a week.
It depends on the published @cal-sdk/core and @cal-sdk/mock from npm, so StackBlitz can install it from this folder alone.
Copied the folder to a temp directory, ran npm install from the registry and vite, as StackBlitz will. It rendered the week with no errors, and the free slots respect both calendars. There was no horizontal overflow at 1280px or at 375px.
biome check . and bun run typecheck pass.

Summary
Build and render the calendar demo examples/playground/package.json, examples/playground/index.html, examples/playground/src/main.ts, examples/playground/README.md
The playground uses two mock calendars with sample events. It expands a recurring standup, moves a matching November 11 occurrence when present, finds shared 60-minute free slots, and renders events and slots in date-grouped columns. The README describes local setup and use.
Link to the playground README.md, apps/web/content/docs/quickstart.mdx
The README and quickstart add links to the StackBlitz playground. The README also directs readers to try editing code before installing packages.
The mock demo has bounded issues: local setup needs an SDK build, and added all-day events display on the wrong date. Real-calendar instructions should explicitly keep credentials behind a server API. These localized corrections warrant owner attention.

Build the SDK packages before running the playground.
Bun links @cal-sdk/core and @cal-sdk/mock to the local workspace packages. Their exports point to dist/, which is gitignored and not built by bun install. On a fresh checkout, Vite cannot resolve these imports, so the page does not load.
