The daily sync has failed since at least 2026-10-13 on merge conflicts. This merges pingdotgg/t3code main (1082 commits, through 13aa882c22) by hand.

What changed in the fork delta

• Upstream moved IdAllocator, ProviderEventLoggers, ProviderAdapter, and the adapter driver into the private packages/provider-core. The embedded runtime now imports them from there and bundles @t3tools/provider-core.
• Upstream replaced the global MCP session helpers with the McpProviderSessions service and replaced HostProcessEnvironment with HostProcess.Environment. The runtime provides both through its layer.
• The legacy translator ignores the new command_output.delta event. The final command output still arrives with turn_item.updated.
• The lazy Claude SDK import is applied again on top of the new ClaudeAdapterV2 and ClaudeProvider. The SDK import is now import type: with verbatimModuleSyntax, import { type X } kept a side-effect import and loaded the SDK eagerly.
• The TS7056 annotations for WsRpcGroup, OrchestrationV2RpcSchemas, and the environment orchestration group were generated again from upstream's member lists, including the new threadTranscript endpoint.
• @t3tools/contracts keeps its dist exports and publish metadata. Upstream made it private, which the fork overrides.
• Upstream workflow changes are not merged. The fork keeps its own workflows, and upstream deleted cursor-hygiene-webhook.yml.

• vp run --filter @t3tools/contracts --filter @t3tools/provider-runtime build
• tsc --noEmit in packages/provider-runtime, and tsc-rs --noEmit in packages/contracts and apps/server: 0 errors
• The sync workflow's focused tests: 131/131, including the packed Codex-only consumer artifact test
• ClaudeAdapterV2.test.ts: 263/263

Not verified

• Live Claude and Codex turns through a ViteHub Agent. I check those against the pkg.pr.new build from the ViteHub pin bump.
