Does `strictly_server_healthy ` support high throughput

When strictly_server_healthy is set to true, each client connects to only one server and maintains only a single session and connection. This design cannot handle high-throughput scenarios.

The design of the 5.x SDK is that it performs no automatic retry execution or session-level reconstruction. To achieve high availability, user-side can manually handle session exceptions by reacquiring clients and retrying failed executions. To achieve high-throughtput, user-side can use pool with multiple clients to execute multiple processes.
