Update members list: add new students and move several people to alumni

Motivation

• Keep the site team roster up to date by adding new student entries and correcting the membership categories and ordering.

Description

• Updated docs/members.mdx to add several new student entries (Cameron Wilding, Lil Peeler, Nathan Poch, Seyedmohammad Nouraniboosjin) and to add Dev Mehta in the students list with image and email.
• Moved Andrew J. Adiletta, Zhenyuan Liu, and Maryam Saadat Safa from the active PhD/student list into the alumni list and adjusted ordering of alumni entries.
• Removed a duplicate Dev Mehta entry and normalized some titles and image file references.

Testing

• Ran the site build with yarn build (Docusaurus build) and it completed successfully.
• Ran yarn lint and no linting errors were reported.
