Exclude pre-2020 Fatemeh Ganji publications from generated list

Motivation

• Ensure the publications list shown at /docs/publications/#publications-by-fatemeh-ganji only includes works from 2020 onward by filtering older or undated entries during generation.

Description

• Added a MINIMUM_PUBLICATION_YEARS mapping and set "Fatemeh Ganji": 2020 in scripts/generate-faculty-publications.py.
• Updated the generator to skip publication entries whose year is missing or earlier than the configured minimum for the faculty member.
• Regenerated src/data/facultyPublications.json so the Fatemeh Ganji list no longer contains pre-2020 entries.

Testing

• Ran npm run generate-publications and generation completed successfully with updated counts for each faculty.
• Executed a Python assertion to validate all Fatemeh Ganji entries have year >= 2020 and the assertion passed.
• Performed a site build with npm run build which completed successfully.
