Generate faculty publications from Google Scholar exports and remove BibBase dependency

Motivation

• Replace external DBLP/BibBase embeds with site-controlled data rendered from authoritative Google Scholar exports in scholar-data to remove the external dependency and ensure canonical records.
• Preserve the current page layout and organization while deduplicating and normalizing records so the All Publications section remains consistent and predictable.

Description

• Add a generator script scripts/generate-faculty-publications.py that reads the four Scholar exports (one DOCX and three BibTeX), extracts BibTeX entries, normalizes fields, deduplicates by normalized title, and sorts by descending year then title.
• Check in the generated data file src/data/facultyPublications.json (deduplicated totals: Fatemeh Ganji 88, Patrick Schaumont 73, Berk Sunar 38, Shahin Tajik 79) and add a generate-publications script with a prebuild hook in package.json to regenerate before builds.
• Replace the iframe-based BibBaseEmbed usage in docs/publications.mdx with a local React renderer src/components/FacultyPublications.js and remove the obsolete src/components/BibBaseEmbed.js.
• Add minimal CSS in src/css/custom.css to preserve appearance for the locally rendered lists and avoid unrelated site changes.

Testing

• Ran npm run generate-publications which completed and printed the generated counts for each faculty (succeeded).
• Ran a Python validation that asserts all four faculty keys exist, that titles are deduplicated by normalized key, and that each list is sorted as specified (all assertions passed).
• Built the site with npm run build and verified the Docusaurus build completed and static files were generated successfully (succeeded).
• Searched docs, src, and package.json for dblp/bibbase and confirmed no remaining DBLP/BibBase references (none found).
