feat: add source-pinned Penpot design-system bindings

Summary

• Adds source-pinned Penpot bindings for 42 Chatbot, Code, Voice, and Utilities component families (286 mapped variants), linked consumer fixtures, checked PNG references, and a local implementation lab. The published shared library is versioned through Utilities @ 6a9d5b1.
• Keeps the pinned Image and Open in Chat source APIs unchanged. Corrects their Open in Chat example so the query is supplied to the parent context, with a browser regression test.
• Preserves the Audio Player SSR tabIndex={-1} alignment with media-chrome and sizes the React Flow test fixtures to avoid zero-size browser-test failures.

Verification

• Full pnpm test: 968 Elements browser tests and 6 Penpot demo tests passed.
• Penpot binding tests: 20 passed; manifest validation: 42 bindings / 286 variants; all 6 Utilities consumer instances resolved.
• Utilities-focused browser suites: 19 tests passed.
• NODE_ENV=production docs and app build passed; local /en/components/image and /en/components/open-in-chat routes returned HTTP 200, and the latter opened six provider items.
• Live Penpot library and consumer files validated with zero errors; the six Utilities proofs remain linked to shared-library variants. The pinned component hashes and original Confirmation binding are unchanged.

The standalone examples TypeScript check still reports pre-existing errors in unrelated examples and component files; the complete production build and CI test suites pass. The Penpot UUIDs refer to a separately hosted shared design file, with manifest, fixtures, and reference PNGs checked in as repository evidence. Upstream merge requires Vercel review.
