Summary

• require secure timestamps for Developer ID app and DMG signatures
• wire macOS notarization through a notarytool Keychain profile
• notarize, staple, and validate the app before building the DMG, then the final signed DMG before updater archives
• publish the fix as Native SDK 0.10.1

• npm --prefix packages/native-sdk run scripts:check

The affected gate passed all required root, tooling, example, mobile-package, benchmark, TypeScript service, surface-claim, and docs checks.
