Removes inherited Ente production and unrelated monorepo workflows, adds focused self-hosted Photos mobile validation for Linux and macOS, repairs dependency review and Actions-only CodeQL, hardens upstream drift and workflow checks, and enforces an exact workflow allowlist. No signing, release, deployment, translation, Firebase, Apple, or server mutation is performed.
