Closes #601: the ad fields and their timestamps move from Assistant onto a new AssistantListing model, which also gains a syllabus URL, 1:1 and group availability, time zone, availability and "to connect further" fields. A listing shows when either kind of meeting is offered. Closes #612: Student.assistant is folded into the old unlisted_students m2m, now Assistant.students, so a student can have several instructors. The survey form asks which instructor comments are for when there is more than one, and the stulist "meets" column is gone. Listings carry over ad_enabled as an explicit enabled flag instead of inferring it from the meeting types, which now start out False since the old data doesn't say. Links to the syllabus and a new example material field are shown as short link text rather than the raw URL. A student with several instructors gets a textarea for each, sharing one signing choice, and each filled-in box becomes its own InstructorComment. The completed survey page lists every comment sent.
