examples: consolidate the shipped set; add the render-loop cadence bench

Two commits of work that was sitting uncommitted in Dara's tree, plus a merge of the current master.

1. Examples consolidation (Dara's work)

Shipped examples are now clock, system, pomodoro, now-playing, weather, noro-shell, noro-signal, visualizer, each a complete widget in the house style. The styling-* showcases, dpi-diagnostic, gradient-stack, m4b-*, and tideglass move to test/fixtures/ where the tests and measurement scripts that drive them live. myclock and retro-player-shell are removed. The conjure skill lives at .agents/skills/conjure-widget/ with a .claude/skills/ mirror. README gains an examples table. Capture smoke covers system, now-playing, and weather with provider fixtures.

2. Render-loop cadence bench (experiments/render-loop-cadence/)

Twenty agents (10 Opus, 10 gpt-6-astra) built one widget under three capture cadences; graded blind. PROTOCOL.md is the reusable bench, SYNTHESIS.md the combined read, DECISIONS.md the evidence behind the three open items, CANVAS-LAYOUT-SIZE.md the canvas defect's mechanism with draw logs. Per-run sources, self-reports, uniform re-captures, usage receipts, and the reproduction probes are kept (14 MB, mostly PNG evidence); intermediate agent captures and build output are not. Everything it found landed as #76 to #82. Also ignores .claude/worktrees/.

Merge with master

One content conflict in test/capture-smoke.mjs (master's canvas-grow and class-hole blocks next to the moved styling-images path); resolved by keeping both. Git's rename detection carried #81's skill edits into the .claude mirror; the .agents copy is synced to match. README's example capture command now uses weaver like the quickstart.

Verified from a clean checkout of this branch
