[OJS 3.3.x] v1.2.0-1 - Bootstrap3 theme now mandatory, fix PHP 8 compatibility

Plugin now explicitly requires the bootstrap3 theme. This aims to avoid accidental site breakage if the Default or other themes are left on with the plugin enabled. Also including some fixes that allow the plugin to work with PHP 8.
