Summary
Cleans up the existing Stovepipe documentation to match the current build flow, including project analysis in
record.Updates the workflow diagram to show the
buildanalysisstep and a one-shotfixstep that triggers the first failed target per build. Execution monitoring is follow-up work.The initial repair policy selects the first confirmed failure per build, including while the build is running. Later failures continue to be recorded and their fix requests no-op; additional repairs need future decision logic.
Uses the build-analysis and open-issue storage contracts landed in #916.
