Extend zig-wrapper's colon-library workaround for https://codeberg.org/ziglang/zig/issues/31823, introduced in #256, to collect
-Lsearch paths that are passed as a separate argument ("-L" "path"), which is how Bazel/rules_go emits them. Without this, versioned shared libraries such as oracle's libclntsh.so.12.1 still fail to link with:
