twill 1.11 shipped std/test, which docs/needs.md entry 12 named as the thing that would delete tests/harness.tw. Every suite imports it now, the four assertions keep their names and signatures, and the pin moves to 1.12.0 in spool.toml and CI. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
